is a fast growing multi-million dollar electrical contractor in Lake Villa, IL.
specializing in the installation of Traffic Signals and St.
Lighting all throughout Lake, McHenry, Cook, and DuPage Counties.
We are looking for a well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated candidate to join our fast paced construction office team.
Our work environment includes:
Casual work attire On-the-job training The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, have an attention to detail, a high degree of efficiency and the ability to work well under pressure.
This individual will be responsible for various tasks deemed by the Office Manager, including but not limited to; communicating with customers, billing, invoicing, collecting payments, Julie Locates, subcontracts, estimating paperwork, safety paperwork and other construction office related tasks.
Must have Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook experience.
Past employment in Construction or Electrical Office.
This is a trainable position with room for advancement.
Responsibilities:
Work under Office Manager assisting in Construction office tasks.
Respond to inquiries by phone or email.
AR / AP / Billing Assistance Estimating document Assistance Project management document Assistance Updating various spreadsheets.
Must have Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook Experience Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.
